At Yasaarie, customer satisfaction is important to us. We ensure that every product goes through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you face any issue, please review our return and refund terms below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
• Product received is damaged
• Product received is defective
• Wrong item delivered
To be eligible for a return:
• The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Clear unboxing video proof must be provided (from start to finish without cuts)
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
• Earrings
• Used products
• Products without original packaging
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Return Process

Attach clear images and unboxing video proof.

Once approved, our team will guide you with return instructions.
Refund Policy
• For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after quality inspection of returned product.
• For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer after return approval and product verification.
Refunds will only be issued after the returned item passes inspection.
Important Notes
• Products must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Yasaarie reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet our policy conditions.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
