Cancellation Policy

At Yasaarie, we understand that sometimes plans change. We aim to make our cancellation process simple and transparent.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order or before the order is processed for dispatch — whichever occurs first.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.
• For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• For COD orders, once cancelled before dispatch, no charges will apply.

Important Notes

• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and will fall under our Return Policy.
• Yasaarie reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified and refunded in full.
