Cancellation Policy

At Yasaarie, we understand that plans may change. We aim to make our order cancellation process simple and transparent.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order or before processing for dispatch, whichever occurs first.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• To request a cancellation, email support@yasaarie.com with your order number.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• Orders successfully cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund without any deductions.
• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: No charges apply to orders cancelled before dispatch.

Important Information

• Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Any concerns after delivery will be handled according to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
• Yasaarie reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors or unforeseen circumstances.
• If Yasaarie cancels an order, customers will be notified and any payment received will be refunded in full.
